摘　　要：为降低生产成本,保障主要原材料供应链安全,开发了尼龙66工业丝用国产纺丝油剂。与进口AZ-60油剂相比,该国产纺丝油剂的原油入厂检测pH值高,酸值、碱值低,外观透亮;乳液在常温下可以进行调配,但是调配浓度低且黏度也低。在纺丝生产过程中,两种油剂的在线使用情况、可纺性基本相近;在后序加捻及浸胶过程中,两种油剂制得的相同规格尼龙66工业丝的断裂强力及强力损失基本接近,浸胶帘子线性能也相当。综合生产实践可得,该国产纺丝油剂与进口AZ-60油剂的性能相近,可以满足尼龙66工业丝及浸胶帘子布生产需求。In order to reduce the production cost and ensure the safety of the main raw material supply chain,the domestic spinning oil agent of nylon 66 industrial filament was developed.Compared with the imported AZ-60 oil agent,the domestic spinning oil agent has higher pH value of the crude oil,lower acid value and base value,and the appearance is clear.The emulsion can be prepared at room temperature,but the blending concentration is low and the viscosity is also low.In the spinning process,the online use and spinnability of the two oil agents are similar.In the subsequent twisting and dipping process,the breaking strength and strength loss of nylon 66 industrial filament of the same specifications prepared by the two oil agents are basically similar,and the properties of the dipped cord are similar.According to the comprehensive production practice,the performance of the domestic spinning oil agent is similar to that of the imported AZ-60 oil agent,which can meet the production needs of nylon 66 industrial filament and impregnated cord fabric.
