摘 要:以聚酰胺66切片为原料,采用切片纺丝工艺,将一定比例的色母粒投入料仓中进行混合熔融,得到无染有色聚酰胺66纤维,通过分光测色仪法测试纤维的色彩饱和度,重点探讨了仪器设备、测试环境和人员测试速度等因素对色值的影响规律。结果表明:环境温湿度、丝线张力、人员测试速度是影响有色纤维色值测试的主要因素;将深色纤维与浅色纤维进行比较,测试速度对深色纤维的L、a、b值影响最大。分光测色仪法为快速准确指导有色聚酰胺66纤维生产中颜色比例的调整提供了一种行之有效的规范化和标准化方法。Using polyamide 66 chips as raw material and chip spinning process,a certain proportion of the masterbatch was put into the silo for mixing and melting to obtain dye-free colored polyamide 66 fiber.The color saturation of fiber was measured by spectrophotometer method,and the influence of equipment,testing environment and personnel testing speed on color value was mainly discussed.The results show that temperature and humidity of the environment,fiber tension and personnel test speed are the main factors affecting the color value test of colored fiber.Comparing the dark fiber with the light fiber,the test speed has the most influence on the L,a,b values of the dark fiber.The spectrophotometer method provides an effective normalization and standardization method to quickly and accurately guide the color proportion adjustment in the production of colored polyamide 66 fiber.
