摘 要:在烯烃聚合工艺中,异戊烷可作为诱导冷凝剂以加快聚乙烯反应体系的除热速率。由于诱导冷凝剂杂质含量的高低直接影响聚乙烯的聚合反应过程,因此监测和控制除热剂异戊烷中的醇类杂质数据就显得尤为关键。异戊烷中微量醇类杂质的分析大多都参照行业标准HG/T 5613—2019和SH/T1483—2020进行,该标准的测试条件是用10μL微量注射器或自动进样器进样分析和液体阀自动进样分析。但在实际分析过程中,异戊烷液体本身性质的特殊性和易挥发性使得测定微量醇类组分杂质的重复性较差,分析试验很难进行。通过不同的测试方法结合样品本身的特点进行试验,讨论了异戊烷中微量醇类杂质的几种分析试验方法并得出了试验参考数据。In the olefin polymerization process,isopentane can be used as an inducer of condensation to accelerate the heat removal rate in the polyethylene reaction system.The level of the induced condensate impurity directly affects the polymerization process of polyethylene,so it is particularly critical to monitor and control the alcohol impurity data in the deheat agent isopentane.Most of the analysis of trace alcohol impurities in isopentane is carried out with reference to the industry standards HG/T 5613—2019 and SH/T 1483—2020.The test conditions for this standard are injection analysis with a 10μL microinjector or automatic injector and automatic injection analysis with a liquid valve.However,in the actual analysis process,the particularity and volatility of isopentane liquid itself make the repeatability of the determination of trace alcohol component impurities poor,and the analytical test is difficult to carry out.Through different test methods combined with the characteristics of the sample,several analysis methods of trace alcohol impurities in isopentane are discussed and the reference data are obtained.
