摘  要:对复掺钢纤维-纳米炭黑混凝土进行立方体抗压试验、劈裂抗拉试验和抗折试验,并对试验结果进行极差分析、层次分析、因素指标分析和线性回归分析。结果表明:钢纤维类型对混凝土拉压比、折压比的影响最大;随着钢纤维质量分数的增加,混凝土拉压比和折压比均出现了先升高后下降的现象,纳米炭黑质量分数的增加对混凝土强度比没有显著的提升效果。在拉压比方面,混凝土最优配合比为钢纤维类型SF-A(剪切型),钢纤维质量分数0.40%、纳米炭黑质量分数0.75%;在折压比方面,最优组合为钢纤维类型SF-A(剪切型),钢纤维质量分数0.60%、纳米炭黑质量分数1.00%,并且得到的线性回归模型可以在本文所选取的范围内对折压比和拉压比进行预测。The cube compressive test,splitting tensile test and bending test were carried out on steel fibernano carbon concrete,and the range analysis,hierarchy analysis,factor index analysis and linear regression analysis were carried out on the test results.The results show that the steel fiber type has the greatest influence on the ratio of splitting tensile strength to compressive strength of concrete.With the increase of steel fiber mass fraction,the ratio of splitting tensile strength to compressive strength and the ratio of flexural strength to compressive strength of concrete firstly increase and then decrease.The increase of carbon black content has no significant effect on the mechanical property of concrete.In the aspect of the ratio of splitting tensile strength to compressive strength,the optimal concrete mix is steel fiber type SF-A(shear type),steel fiber mass fraction 0.40%,carbon black mass fraction 0.75%.In terms of the ratio of flexural strength to compressive strength,the optimal combination is steel fiber type SF-A(shear type),steel fiber mass fraction 0.60%,carbon black mass fraction 1.00%.The linear regression model obtained can predict the ratio of splitting tensile strength to compressive strength and the ratio of flexural strength to compressive strength within the range selected in this paper.
