新生儿颅脑病患诊断过程中超声诊断的应用价值

摘　　要：目的评价在新生儿颅脑疾病的诊断过程中超声所具有的重要价值。方法抽选2019年10月至2020年10月期间收治的100例患有颅脑疾病的新生儿,以随机抽样法为分组方法,将患儿分别纳入对照组与研究组,各50例。对照组给予磁共振检查,研究组给予高低频超声检查。组间对比颅脑疾病诊断阳性率、平均检查时.间、检查顺利完成率、患儿家长满意度。结果研究组对脑水肿、颅内出血和脑白质病变等颅脑疾病的诊断阳性率.与对照组相近,统计学对比无差异(P>0.05)。研究组平均检查时间比对照组短,检查顺利完成率和患儿家长满意度比对照组高,统计学对比均有差异(P<0.05)。结论超声检查对新生儿颅脑疾病有较高的诊断准确性,且耗时短,更容易顺利完成,患儿家长对其更加满意。Objective To evaluate the important value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of neonatal brain diseases.Methods 100 newborns with craniocerebral diseases were selected from October 2019 to October 2020 random sampling was used as grouping method,the children were divided into control group and study group,50 cases in each group.The control group was given MRI examination,the study group was given high and low frequency ultrasound examination.The positive rate of brain disease diagnosis was compared between groups,average inspection time,inspection success rate,parents satisfaction of children.Results The positive rate of brain edema,intracranial hemorrhage and white matter lesions in the study group was similar to that in the control group,there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).The average examination time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,the successful completion rate of the examination and the parents'satisfaction of the children were higher than those of the control group,there were statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound has high diagnostic accuracy for neonatal brain diseases and the time is short,easier to complete successfully,parents are more satisfied with it.
