化工园区综合污水处理典型实例分析

摘　　要：化工园区生产企业多、产品不同,尤其是精细化工园区。园区污水厂接收的污水水质复杂、有机物难以降解,采用单一的生化处理工序出水水质无法满足GB 18918—2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》一级标准中的A级标准要求。以某市化工园区为例,根据来水水质污染物类别和浓度分成三类进行收集,采用分质预处理的方法,以调节+混凝沉淀+臭氧催化氧化预处理+水解酸化+A2O+二沉池+高效沉淀池+臭氧催化氧化深度处理+活性炭过滤工艺为主体处理流程,介绍了化工园区综合废水处理典型工程实例情况,为类似化工园区尤其是精细化工园区的综合污水处理提供借鉴指导。There are many production enterprises and different products in chemical parks,especially in fine chemical parks.The quality of the wastewater received by the park sewage plant is complex and the organic matter is dif ficult to degrade.The effluent quality using A single biochemical treatment process cannot meet the A-level standard in the first-level standard of GB 18918-2002“Pollutant Discharge Standard for Urban Sewage Treatment Plants”.Taking a chemical industry park in a city as an example,the incoming water quality is divided into three categories and collected according to the category and concentration of pollutants.The method of mass pretreatment is adopted,and the main treatment process is regulation+coagulation precipitation+ozone catalytic oxidation pretreatment+hydrolytic acidif ication+A2O+secondary sedimentation tank+high eff iciency sedimentation tank+ozone catalytic oxidation advanced treatment+activated carbon f iltration.The typical cases of comprehensive wastewater treatment in chemical industry park are introduced,which can provide reference for the comprehensive wastewater treatment in similar chemical industry park,especially f ine chemical industry park.
