摘　　要：通过断点拟合方法构造了完整的自升式平台全生命周期成本基础曲线。将成本本底趋势线理论引入到钻井平台管理中,采用经济学成本理论建立了自升式平台退出年限理论模型,确定了自升式钻井平台的退出年限,对平台管理具有指导意义。A complete life cycle cost base curve of jack-up platform is constructed by breakpoint f itting method.This paper introduces the theory of cost background trend line into the management of drilling platform,establishes the theoretical model of the retirement years of jack-up drilling platform by using the theory of economic cost,and determines the retirement years of jackup drilling platform.
