摘　　要：Sondex爬行器适合在油管、套管内爬行,可将固井质量仪器、生产测井仪器、多臂井径仪、射孔枪送到目的层进行作业,为水平井测井提供了一种新的方法。该仪器具有独立的操作系统,与其他井下仪器相互连接但又互不干扰,可通过地面系统来调节爬行速度。文章通过对Sondex爬行器的挂挡电路工作原理以及典型故障进行分析,提供对Sondex爬行器维修技术探索研究的思路。The Sondex Tractor is suitable for crawling inside oil pipe and casing pipe.It can carry cementing quality logging instruments,production logging instruments,multi-arm calipers instruments and perforating guns to the target zone for working.It provides a new method for horizontal well logging.The instrument has an independent operating system,which is interconnected with other downhole logging instruments,but does not interfere with each other,and adjusts the crawling speed through the surface system.Based on the analysis of the working principle and typical faults of sondex tractor engage circuit,the paper provides ideas for exploring and researching maintenance techniques for sondex down tractor.
