摘　　要：文章通过对FMTP循环流化床反应器催化剂加剂过程中,出现的新鲜催化剂储罐及热催化剂储罐结块现象进行研究讨论,结合对催化剂取样分析,从设备运行、参数调整等方面入手,采取一系列的解决措施,取得了良好的效果,有效减少了催化剂储存过程中的损耗。In this paper,the phenomenon of agglomeration in the fresh catalyst storage tank and hot catalyst storage tank during the catalyst addition process in the FMTP circulating fluidized bed reactor is studied and discussed.By combining catalyst sampling analysis and starting from equipment operation and parameter adjustment,a series of solutions have been implemented,resulting in signif icant improvements and effectively reducing catalyst loss during the storage process.
