摘　　要：近年来,随着北方煤改气等相关能源输送工程的推进,长输燃气管道的施工规模和数量也在快速增加,相关施工技术也备受施工单位和业主单位关注。此类工程都有工期紧、任务重的特点,常常无法避免季节性施工,又因北方冬季时间长、野外施工条件恶劣、冻土期间施工不可避免。如何保证在冻土环境下的施工顺利进行尤为重要。文章通过该工程实例,将实践与理论有机融合,分析冻土对施工工程造成的不利影响,并将实际施工经验汇总后提出相应的成本、安全、质量等的控制措施,为后续类似施工提供可靠的经验参考。In recent years,with the promotion of coal to gas and other related energy transportation projects in the north,the construction scale and number of long distance gas pipelines are also increasing rapidly,and the relevant construction technology is also concerned by construction units and owners.Such projects have the characteristics of tight construction period and heavy tasks,and often cannot avoid seasonal construction,and because of the long winter time in the north,the harsh f ield construction conditions,and the construction during the frozen soil is inevitable.How to ensure the smooth construction in the frozen soil environment is particularly important.Through this project example,the paper organically integrates practice and theory to analyze the adverse effects of frozen soil on construction projects,and proposes corresponding cost,safety,quality and other control measures after summarizing the actual construction experience,so as to provide reliable experience reference for subsequent similar construction.
