摘  要:大型商业综合体建筑结构的平面与竖向通常不规则,并且往往与地铁线路的距离较近,导致其在地铁振动作用下的响应相对复杂。基于天津市在建地铁四号线及其附近某商业综合体的实际工程项目,采用Abaqus建立了土体-地铁-大型商业综合体建筑结构的有限元模型,研究了土-结构相互作用、非一致激励以及不同楼面活荷载对上部结构振动响应的影响规律。结果表明,不考虑土-结构相互作用将显著高估地铁振动对上部结构振动响应的影响;分析时采用一致振动激励将忽视结构平面范围不同区域内竖向振动响应的差异,并显著高估部分位置处的竖向振动响应;此外,人群、商品、设备等附加楼面活荷载可以起到降低地铁振动作用下上部结构振动响应的作用。研究结论有助于准确评估地铁振动对环境的影响。The large commercial complex structures often have irregular plane and elevation dimensions and are often close to metro lines.Therefore,its vibration response under the action of metro vibration is relatively complex.This study is based on the actual engineering project for Tianjin Metro Line 4 and a large commercial complex structure nearby.A finite element model of soil-metro-large commercial complex building structure was established using Abaqus.The effects of soil-structure interaction,non-uniform excitation,and different floor live loads on the vibration response of the superstructure under metro vibration were studied.The results indicate that neglecting soil-structure interaction will lead to a significant over estimation of the impact of metro vibration on structural vibration response.For analysis using uniform excitation,the differences in vertical vibration responses within different areas of the structural plane will be ignored,and the vertical vibration responses at certain positions will be significantly overestimated.In addition,floor live loads such as crowds,goods,and equipment can play a role in reducing the vibration response of the superstructure under the action of metro vibration.Conclusions help to accurately evaluate the impact of subway vibration on the environment.
