摘 要:反力架为盾构机始发提供反作用力,它是盾构机始发成功的关键要素,根据不同工况,其结构形式有所不同。结合实际工程案例,在极限空间环境下,基于常规的反力架结构特点对其进行优化改进,设计出异形反力架,分析各构件和各支撑焊接点的受力情况并验算其强度,有限元软件模拟证明整体结构受力安全可靠。同时,对反力架在有限空间条件下的安装工艺进行了详细的介绍。盾构机已顺利始发,性能良好,未出现变形、位移等现象。该案例的成功应用为在相似工况下的反力架选型与应用提供了借鉴经验。The Reaction frame provides the reaction force for starting the shield machine,which is a key factor of successful machine starting.Its structure varies according to different working conditions.Focusing on actual engineering case,in confined space environment,the conventional reaction frame structure is optimized and improved based on its characteristics,a special-shaped reaction frame is designed.The stress situation of each component and each support welding point is analyzed and its strength is verified.The finite element software simulation proves that the overall structure is safe and reliable.At the same time,the installation process of reaction frame in limited space is described in detail.The shield machine has been started smoothly,exhibiting good performance without any deformation,displacement,or other issues.The successful application of this case provides valuable experience for selecting and applying reaction frames under similar working conditions.
