摘 要:地铁车辆基地回流系统杂散电流防护工程设计通常采用分区就近回流、设置单向导通装置、设置均流电缆减少回流电阻等措施,针对上述常规防护措施在车辆基地实际应用过程中存在杂散电流的问题,以广州地铁12号线车辆基地为例,提出改进措施:出入线处采用响应式单向导通装置取代传统单向导通装置;回流电缆处与轨连接采用胀钉+铜排冷钎焊方式,其余处采用胀钉连接方式。实践证明上述措施防护效果良好。The design of stray current protection system for metro depots usually adopts several methods,including redirecting currents back to nearby substations,zone by zone,installing unidirectional conduction devices between zones,and reducing the resistance of the rail in the return path.In practical applications,deficiencies were found in the normal protection methods listed above.In order to alleviate the impact of stray currents on depots,this article,taking depots of Guangzhou Metro Line 12 as an example,proposes solutions corresponding to certain deficiencies.The solutions include the replacement of unidirectional conduction devices with bidirectional controllable conduction devices at the entry and exit lines of depots,the adoption of expansion joints combined with copper bars low-temperature soldering for return cable connections,and the adoption of expansion joints for other cable connections.Practical experience has demonstrated the effectiveness of mentioned solutions in protecting against stray currents.
