摘　　要：目的系统评价和整合安宁疗护志愿者参与服务的质性研究,以期优化安宁疗护志愿者服务环境,为更好地招募、培训、支持和管理志愿者提供参考依据。方法计算机检索The Cochrane Library、PubMed、Embase、Web of Science、CINAHL、PsycINFO、MEDLINE、中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库以及中国生物医学文献数据库中有关安宁疗护志愿者服务体验质性研究,检索时限为建库至2023年5月。采用乔安娜布里格斯研究所2016版质性研究质量评价工具对文献进行质量评价,并应用汇集性Meta整合方法对研究结果进行整合。结果共纳入23篇文献,提炼出117个主要研究结果,归纳为8个类别,综合成3个整合结果:(1)安宁疗护志愿者积极服务过程中获得美好的体验,实现了自我价值;(2)安宁疗护志愿者面临内外源双重压力和挑战;(3)安宁疗护志愿者以积极的态度应对压力和挑战,收获个人成长。结论安宁疗护志愿者在积极服务过程中面临来自内部和外部的双重压力和挑战。建议关注安宁疗护志愿者负性体验,提供多方面支持,增强其应对能力,以提升安宁疗护志愿者的服务能力。同时,积极宣传安宁疗护志愿服务的获益性体验,促进安宁疗护事业可持续发展。Objective To systematically evaluate and integrate the qualitative research on the involvement of volun⁃teers in hospice care services,in order to optimize the environment for hospice care volunteer services and provide refer⁃ence evidence for better recruitment,training,support,and management of volunteers.Methods Computer searches were conducted in The Cochrane Library,PubMed,Embase,Web of Science,CINAHL,PsycINFO,MEDLINE,CNKI,Wanfang Database,VIP Database,and China Biomedical Literature Database for qualitative research on hospice care vol⁃unteers'experiences from database inception to May 2023.The Joanna Briggs Institute 2016 version of the Qualitative Re⁃search Quality Evaluation Tool was used to assess the quality of the literature,and a thematic synthesis approach was used to integrate the research findings.Results The study included 23 articles,from which 117 primary research findings were extracted and categorized into 8 themes,resulting in 3 integrated results:①Hospice care volunteers experience posi⁃tive and fulfilling moments during their service,achieving a sense of self-worth;②Volunteers face dual pressures and chal⁃lenges from both internal and external sources;③Volunteers respond to pressures and challenges with a positive attitude,leading to personal growth.Conclusions Hospice care volunteers encounter various pressures and challenges while pro⁃viding active service.Therefore,it is recommended to pay attention to volunteers'negative experiences,provide compre⁃hensive support,and offer systematic training to enhance their service capabilities and resilience.Additionally,promoting hospice care volunteer services actively will contribute to the sustainable development of hospice care.
