摘 要:中国铁建华南总部大厦A座为一座B级高度的塔楼,且同时存在多个结构不规则项。文章分析了项目的基本情况,采用了性能化设计的手段,针对性地对结构进行了补充分析,采用两款软件进行多遇地震作用的反应谱法分析对比,进行了多遇地震作用下弹性时程分析以及罕遇地震作用下弹塑性时程分析。结果表明本项目所采用的结构分析模型是准确合理的,可以正确反映结构的整体指标,在罕遇地震作用下整体结构可以满足既定的性能指标,实现了“小震不坏、大震不倒”的设计目标。The South China headquarters building of China Railway Construction Corporation(CRCC),Block A,is a tower of class B height,and there are many structural irregularity items at the same time.In this paper,the basic situation of the project is analyzed,the means of performance-based design is adopted,the structure is supplemented and analyzed pertinently,and the response spectrum method of frequent earthquake action is used to analyze and compare,the elastic time history analysis under frequent earthquakes and the elastic-plastic time history analysis under rare earthquakes are carried out.The results show that the structural analysis model used in this project is accurate and reasonable,and can correctly reflect the overall index of the structure.Under the action of rare earthquake,the overall structure can meet the given performance index.
