摘　　要：基于对南昌市金融业发展概况分析及其所面临的机遇与挑战,同时借鉴国内其他城市区域金融中心建设的经验,立足南昌金融业发展的新阶段、新特征和新要求,以“一高地三中心”为总体发展定位,以“23456”即两大基础建设、三大体系建设、四大区域合作、五大功能区建设、六大金融服务创新业态为战略重点,建议发挥国家层面统筹协调推进作用、完善实施机制以及建立全面审慎的监管防控体系,从而加快落实南昌市区域金融中心建设。Based on the analysis of the development overview of the financial industry,the new stage,new characteristics,and new requirements of the financial industry development in Nanchang,and the opportunities and challenges it faces,it is recommended to leverage the role of national level coordination,improve implementation mechanisms,and establish a comprehensive and prudent regulatory and prevention system to accelerate the construction of the regional financial center in Nanchang,with drawing on the experience of regional financial center construction in other cities in China,with“one highland and three centers”as the overall development positioning,with“23456”as strategic focuses,that is the construction of two major infrastructure,three major systems,four major regional cooperation,five major functional zones,and six innovative financial service formats.
