摘  要:500kV断路器外部绝缘子是电力系统中重要的绝缘设备,其性能和质量直接影响电力系统的安全运行,传统的制造工艺存在尺寸精度难以控制、生产效率低下等问题。因此,研究一种基于模具技术的500kV断路器外部绝缘子制造工艺具有重要意义。首先对材料选择和处理技术进行研究,选择合适的绝缘材料并进行处理;其次设计并制造符合产品要求的模具,确保产品的尺寸精度和表面质量,通过控制注射成型工艺参数,保证产品的最终性能;最后,进行脱模和后处理工序,包括切割、磨削和喷涂等,以获得满足要求的成品。500kV circuit breaker external insulator is an important insulating equipment in the power system,its performance and quality directly affect the safe operation of the power system,the traditional manufacturing process exists dimensional accuracy is difficult to control,low productivity and other problems.Therefore,it is of great significance to study a 500kV circuit breaker external insulator manufacturing process based on mold technology.The paper firstly researches on material selection and processing technology,selects suitable insulating materials and processes them;secondly,designs and manufactures molds that meet the product requirements,ensures the dimensional accuracy and surface quality of the product,and guarantees the final performance of the product by controlling the parameters of the injection molding process.Finally,demolding and post-treatment processes,including cutting,grinding and spraying,are carried out to obtain a finished product that meets the requirements.
