摘　　要：红色文化资源承载着党的红色基因,传承红色基因、赓续红色血脉亟须通过党内法规制度建设和实施提供强有力的保障。党内法规保障红色文化资源具备深刻的历史逻辑、坚实的理论逻辑和科学的实践逻辑。党成立至今通过制度保障红色文化资源积累了丰富的历史经验;党中央决策部署、依法治国的理念和党章党规共同构成党内法规保障红色文化资源的理论根基;与国家法律和党内规范性文件相比,党内法规在红色文化资源保障领域具有的独特制度优势为其提供科学的实践基础。Red cultural resources bear the red genes of the party.The inheritance of the red genes and the continuation of the red bloodline urgently need to be provided with strong guarantees through the construction and implementation of the party laws and regulations.The party laws and regulations ensure that the red cultural resources have deep historical logic,solid theoretical logic and scientific practical logic.Since its establishment,the party has accumulated rich historical experience in safeguarding the red cultural resources through system,and the party decision,the idea of ruling the country by law and the party constitution and rules constitute the theoretical foundation of the protection of the red cultural resources by the party regulations.
