协同创新视角下高校科研档案价值实现路径研究

摘　　要：高校科研档案在科技创新、教育、文化等方面具有重要价值。但高校科研档案价值实现的工作实践中,存在“重藏轻用”思想、知识产权保护和保密等限制、多元主体协同困难、共享利用机制不健全等协同困境。本文基于协同创新理论提出了三条高校科研档案价值实现路径,从主体协同的角度提出了科研档案数据开放共享机制框架,从业务协同的角度为高校科研档案分级利用提供了思路,从资源协同的角度提出了高校科研档案开发合作的路径。University scientific research archives have important value in scientific and technological in-novation,education,culture,and other aspects.In practice,collaborative issues such as conventional thoughts,limitations in intellectual property protection and confidentiality,difficulties in multi-agent collaboration,and inadequate sharing and utilization mechanisms have affected the release of the value of university scientific research archives.This paper proposes three paths to realize the value of univer-sity scientific research archives based on the theory of collaborative innovation.From the perspective of subject collaboration,a framework for open sharing of research archives data has been established.From the perspective of business collaboration,this paper provides references for the hierarchical utili-zation of university scientific research archives.From the perspective of resource collaboration,a path for cooperation in the development of university research archives has been proposed.
