摘 要:为解决试验任务应急演练评估问题,在船舶行业试验任务突发事件应急演练过程分析和指标分析的基础上,构建船舶行业试验任务应急演练评估指标体系,对试验任务应急能力综合性进行有效评估与研究。以国内某船舶单位的检测试验为例,对试验任务应急评估能力进行定量分析,结果表明:构建的船舶行业试验任务应急演练评估指标体系能较好地应用于实际应急演练过程,并在定量评估结果的基础上,实现应急能力的持续改进。In order to solve the emergency drill assessment of experiment mission,an evaluation index system for the ship industry experiment mission emergency drill was constructed and emergency response capability for experimental tasks was effectively evaluated based on the process analysis and index analysis of emergency drill in ship industry experiment mission.Taking the inspection test of a domestic ship unit as an example,emergency assessment capabilities for experimental tasks was quantitatively analyzed.The research results show that the valuation index system for the ship industry experiment mission emergency drill could be well applied to the actual emergency drill process,and the continuous improvement of the emergency capability could be realized on the basis of the quantitative evaluation results.
