摘  要:为满足光伏微电网用电需求、缓解供电压力,对基于源网荷态势的光伏微电网需求侧响应调度方法进行了研究。首先,根据光伏微电网的结构、运行状态、源网荷互动关系,建立电源和负荷需求侧响应模型,用于平衡峰谷负荷的差异;其次,以微电网最小运行成本和交换电量为目标函数,结合功率平衡、充放电功率、荷电态势和线路功率等约束条件,建立光伏微电网需求侧响应调度模型;最后,基于非支配排序遗传(NSGA-Ⅱ)算法求解模型,获取最优的调度结果。结果表明:应用该方法后,微电网电源出力更加合理,运行总成本明显下降,负荷峰谷差由480 kW下降到220 kW。该方法能够合理调度光伏微电网的需求侧响应,缓解了配电网运行压力,且在节能方面的表现较为突出。In order to meet the power demand of photovoltaic micro grid and relieve the power supply pressure,the demand side response scheduling method of photovoltaic micro grid based on the source grid load situation was studied.Firstly,according to the structure,operation status and interaction between source and grid loads of photovoltaic micro grid,a response model of power supply and load demand side was established to balance the difference between peak and valley loads.Then,the demand side response dispatching model of photovoltaic micro grid was established with the minimum operation cost and exchange energy of the micro grid as the objective function,combined with the constraints such as power balance,charging and discharging power,charging situation and line power.Finally,the model was solved based on non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm(NSGA-II)to obtain the optimal scheduling results.The results show that after the application of this method,the output of micro grid power supply is more reasonable,the total operating cost is significantly reduced,and the load peak valley difference is reduced from 480kW to 220kW.This method can reasonably dispatch the demand side response of photovoltaic microgrid,relieve the operating pressure of distribution network,and its performance in energy saving is outstanding.
