摘  要:为了在终端产品中突显电子纸显示屏的超薄特性,并将其低碳环保理念深度融入,结合先进的一体冷压封卡技术工艺,分析了电子纸显示屏与一体冷压封卡设计要点、结构设计、工艺与流程,探讨电子纸显示屏与一体冷压封卡技术结合在数字人民币硬钱包、电子价签等应用,该工艺省去了传统模具开模的需求,实现了超薄成型和审美上的新颖设计。In order to highlight the ultra-thin characteristics of e-Paper display screens in terminal products and deeply integrate their low-carbon and environmental protection concepts,combined with advanced integrated cold press sealing technology,the design points,structural design,process and process of e-Paper display screens and integrated cold press sealing cards were analyzed.The combination of e-Paper display screens and integrated cold press sealing technology was explored in applications such as digital RMB hard wallets and electronic price tags,this process avoids the needs of traditional mold manufacturing and achieves ultra-thin forming and innovative aesthetic design.
