摘　　要：为全面提高网络运行安全维护质量,共建稳定可靠的网络运行环境,应基于网络安全维护规范严格落实具体流程,并强化用户网络安全意识,借助数据加密技术、入侵检测技术、访问控制技术、防火墙技术等计算机网络安全技术实现统筹管理,以进一步提高网络管理水平,共同构建规范化网络平台。In order to improve the quality of network security maintenance,build a stable and reliable network operating environment,strict implementation of specific processes should be based on network security maintenance standards,and strengthen users’awareness of network security,with the help of data encryption technology,intrusion detection technology,access control technology,firewall technology and other computer network security technology to achieve overall management,further improve the level of network management,jointly build a standardized network platform.
