菏泽市域高校转型发展背景下AI赋能高校青年教师专业能力提升培训策略研究

摘　　要：人工智能(AI)和互联网技术在教育中的广泛应用催生了教育教学的革新,不仅对传统教师的角色和专业发展提出了新的挑战,同时也为提升教师教育教学能力提供了高效的途径。高校青年教师培训应强调AI在培训理念、需求分析、内容更新、实践方式选择、目标体系达成以及质量评价诊断体系的构建中的关键作用,推动大学青年教师专业能力的全面发展,实现培训体系的升级与创新。The widespread application of Artificial Intelligence(AI)and internet technology in education has spurred innovations in teaching and poses new challenges to the roles and professional development of traditional educators.Simultaneously,it provides an efficient avenue to enhance the teaching capabilities of educators.Training programs for young university teachers should emphasize the crucial role of AI in training philosophy,needs analysis,content updates,selection of practical methods,achievement of goal systems,and the construction of quality assessment and diagnostic systems.This emphasis will drive the comprehensive development of the professional capabilities of young university teachers and facilitate the upgrading and innovation of training systems.
