摘　　要：在建筑工业化发展如火如荼的今天,先进技术的引入以及本土化适应性是一个重要研究课题。1980年代,我国曾经出现过一个引进国外装配式技术的重要时期,如何去理解这一时期的发展有助于当下对装配式先进技术和本土化范式的研究与实践。本文回顾、梳理和论述这一历史阶段中我国引入国外装配式技术的基本条件、动因、历史定位、与之后的发展,解读这一时期的技术引入与我国社会生产力背景的相互碰撞、产业政策以及之后的转变、设计与施工技术的矛盾与影响等,以期更好的展现我国装配式建筑的探索历史、以及对当下建筑工业化可持续发展提供借鉴。With the development of building industrialization in full swing today,the import and localization of advanced technology is an important topic.Historically,China had an important period of introducing foreign fabricated building technology in the 1980s.Understanding the historical de-velopment of this period can contribute to the current re-search and practice of advanced fabricated technology and localization paradigm.This paper reviews and discusses the basic conditions,motives,historical positioning,and subsequent development of China’s introduction of foreign prefabricated technology during this stage.It interprets the collision between the introduction of technology during this period and the background of China’s social produc-tivity,industrial policies and subsequent changes,as well as the contradictions and impacts of design and construc-tion technology,in order to better showcase the exploration history of China’s prefabricated architecture,and provide reference for the sustainable development of current con-struction industrialization.
