摘　　要：防治骨质疏松症,减少骨质疏松性骨折发生率,对国民健康和社会经济具有重要意义。双膦酸盐是治疗骨质疏松症的一线药物,尽管用药安全性已被证实,但长期使用可能出现一些潜在不良反应,包括非典型性股骨骨折及双膦酸盐相关下颌骨坏死等,停药后药物治疗作用不会消失,因此学者们提出了药物假期的概念。临床医生需要对患者进行个性化、全面的双膦酸盐药物假期风险-获益分析,做出合理的临床决策。Prevention and treatment of osteoporosis to decrease the incidence of bone fractures are of great significance.Bisphosphonates are the first-line drug for the treatment of osteoporosis.Although bisphosphonates are proven to be generally safe,concerning about potential adverse effects related to long-term use such as atypical femoral fractures and osteonecrosis of the jaw.Drug holidays are recommended to reduce the risk of rare adverse events.Clinicians should make rational clinical decisions according to risks and benefits of bisphosphonates drug holiday in osteoporosis patients.
