摘  要:骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)是一种复杂的骨代谢疾病,以骨量减少和骨骼微结构退化为特征,增加骨折的风险,对患者生活质量产生严重不良影响。了解OP的发生发展机制有助于实现精确预测病情和提供有效的治疗措施。然而,涉及OP发生发展的表观遗传学机制仍不清楚。近年研究证实,表观遗传修饰可能影响了遗传和环境因素的相互作用,从而增加骨质疏松和骨折的发生风险。一些非编码RNA(non-coding RNAs,ncRNAs),已被证明是表观遗传调节因子,参与基因表达的调控,影响包括骨代谢在内的多种生物学过程。本文综述近年常见ncRNAs介导的OP相关研究进展。Osteoporosis(OP)is a complicated bone metabolic disease characterised by reduced bone mass and degeneration of the skeletal microarchitecture,which increases the risk of fracture and has a serious adverse impact on the quality of life of patients.Understanding the mechanisms of OP can help to achieve accurate predicting the condition and providing effective treatments.However,the epigenetic mechanisms involved in the development of OP remain unclear.Recent studies have demonstrated that epigenetic modifications may influence the interaction of genetic and environmental factors,thereby increasing the risk of osteoporosis and fracture.A few non-coding RNAs(ncRNAs),which have been shown to be epigenetic regulators,are involved in the regulation of gene expression and affect a variety of biological processes including bone metabolism.This article reviews recent findings on the mechanisms of common ncRNAs-mediated OP.
