面向知识服务的数字阅读生态系统的构建及运行机制研究

摘　　要：数字阅读为我国文化数字化战略及全民阅读的实施提供了重要的路径支持,构建面向知识服务的数字阅读生态系统有助于促进知识的传播和共享。文章基于信息生态学理论,采用文献调研法研究了面向知识服务的数字阅读生态系统的内涵与功能,在阐释其要素构成的基础上,设计出系统概念模型并探讨其运行机制、优化策略及发展趋势。研究表明,面向知识服务的数字阅读生态系统是由阅读主体、阅读内容、阅读环境相互作用形成的知识服务系统,其运行机制包括:用户需求与反馈机制、用户互动与社区机制、内容生产与编辑机制、版权保护与分发机制、技术与平台驱动机制、数字素养与用户教育机制、政策与法规支持机制。Digital reading provides an important path support for the implementation of China's cultural digitization strategy and national reading.Constructing a digital reading ecosystem oriented to knowledge service is helpful to improve the dissemination and sharing of knowledge.Based on the theory of information ecology,this paper studies the connotation and function of digital reading ecosystem oriented to knowledge service by literature research method.On the basis of explaining its elements,this paper designs the conceptual model of the system and discusses its operation mechanism,optimization strategy and development trend.The research shows that the digital reading ecosystem oriented to knowledge service is a knowledge service system formed by the interaction of reading subject,reading content and reading environment.Its operation mechanism includes:user demand and feedback mechanism,user interaction and community mechanism,content production and editing mechanism,copyright protection and distribution mechanism,technology and platform driving mechanism,digital literacy and user education mechanism,policy and regulatory support mechanism.
