摘  要:为充分发挥绿电消纳的减碳作用,从用电侧碳减排的角度提出用电碳排放核算与绿电交易的认证方法,构建实现碳交易与绿电交易联动的日前零售市场交易模型。首先,明确用电侧的碳排放责任,通过区分不同属性电力的用电碳排放因子改进用电侧的碳计量方法;然后,提出以绿色证书为纽带的绿电交易与用电碳排放的互认机制,通过绿色证书抵消碳排放实现碳市场与绿电市场的联动交易;最后,构建考虑绿电市场和碳市场联动的日前零售市场交易主从博弈模型,并给出求解方法。算例仿真表明,所提方法可以激励用户调整用电结构,主动促进新能源电力消纳,从而降低碳排放。To make full use of the carbon reduction effect of green electricity consumption,a certification method for carbon emission accounting and green electricity trading is proposed from the perspective of carbon emission reduction on the consumer side,and a day-ahead retail market trading model is constructed to realize the linkage between carbon trading and green electricity trading.First,the responsibility of carbon emissions on the electricity consumption side is clarified,and the carbon metering method on the electricity consumption side is improved by distinguishing the carbon emission factors for the consumption of electricity with different attributes.Then,a mutual recognition mechanism be⁃tween green electricity trading and carbon emissions due to electricity consumption which is linked by green certificates is proposed,and the linkage trading between carbon market and green electricity market is realized by offsetting carbon emissions with green certificates.Finally,the master-slave game model of day-ahead retail market trading that consid⁃ers the linkage between green electricity market and carbon market is constructed,and the corresponding solution is al⁃so given.Simulation results show that the proposed method can motivate consumers to adjust their power consumption structure and actively promote the consumption of electricity generated by new energy,thereby reducing carbon emis⁃sions.
