摘　　要：本文简单介绍了高效液相色谱法的工作原理及故障排查,并以安捷伦1260系列高效液相色谱仪为例,总结了日常工作过程中常见的故障及原因分析,提出相对应的解决方案。以提高仪器的使用寿命,维持仪器的精密度,保证检测结果[1]的准确性。This article briefly introduces the working principle and troubleshooting of HPLC,and takes the Agilent 1260 series HPLC as an example to summarize the common faults and causes in the daily work process,and propose corresponding solutions.In order to improve the service life of the instrument,maintain the precision of the instrument,and ensure the accuracy of the test results.
