摘 要:以信阳红黏土为研究对象,分别掺入3%、6%、9%、12%的石灰、茶籽壳灰对其改良,通过界限含水量试验、直接剪切试验、无侧限抗压试验、压缩试验与电镜微观扫描对比分析两种材料改良红黏土效果,试验结果表明:(1)掺入石灰、茶籽壳灰能够影响塑限、液限、塑性指数,塑性指数、塑限、液限影响程度依次降低;(2)石灰掺入量9%能够较好地改良红黏土工程特性;(3)石灰改良红黏土机理是CaO与土体中活性物质生成Ca(OH)_(2)、水化硅酸钙(C-S-H)、水化铝酸钙(C-A-H)等凝胶物质,凝胶物质包裹土颗粒,使得土体微观结构致密,致使土体强度提升;(4)茶籽壳灰其化学成分与红黏土中活性物质没有发生化学反应,生成凝胶物质,其改良效果弱于石灰。Taking Xinyang red clay as the research object,3%,6%,9%,and 12%lime and tea seed shell ash were added to improve it.The improvement effects of the two materials on red clay were compared and analyzed through boundary moisture content test,direct shear test,unconfined compression test,compression test,and electron microscopy micro scanning.The experimental results showe that:(1)The addition of lime and tea seed shell ash can affect the plastic limit,liquid limit,and plastic index,and the degree of influence is in order of plastic index plastic limit and liquid limit.(2)The addition of 9%lime can effectively improve the engineering properties of red clay.(3)The mechanism of lime improving red clay is that CaO and active substances in the soil generate Ca(OH)_(2),calcium silicate hydrate(C-S-H),calcium aluminate hydrate(C-A-H)and other gel substances,and gel substances wrap the soil particles,making the soil microstructure compact,resulting in the improvement of soil strength.(4)The chemical composition of tea seed hull ash did not react with the active substances in red clay to form gel,and its improvement effect was weaker than that of lime.
