摘　　要：志愿服务在我国高校图书馆被广泛实施,为数智时代图书馆高质量发展提供新视野、新路径。西安交通大学图书馆“十四五”规划提供面向学生社团、志愿者创新实践项目支持,助力西迁精神的传承、科学精神的培养和人文素质的养成。观念引领、制度保障、文化滋养和数智驱动项目实施,目标性构建“三层次六维度”2EPC模式志愿服务体系框架,图书馆志愿服务迈向制度化、规范化、专业化、智慧化建设轨道。采用单案例深描揭示研究过程演变和机理,深入挖掘情景要素及其相互影响机制,以期为高校图书馆志愿服务提供参考借鉴。Volunteer service is widely implemented in university libraries in China,providing new perspectives and paths for the high-quality development of libraries in the digital age.The 14th Five Year Plan of Xi’an Jiaotong University Library provides support for the innovative practice projects for student clubs and volunteers,helping to inherit the spirit of westward migration,foster scientific spirit and cultivate humanistic qualities.Guided by concepts,guaranteed by systems,nurtured by culture,and driven by digital intelligence,the project aims to construct a“three-level and six-dimension”2EPC model volunteer service system framework.Library volunteer services are moving towards institutionalized,standardized,professional and intelligent construction tracks.The article uses a single case study to reveal the evolution and mechanism of the research process,and delves into the situational elements and their mutual influence mechanisms in order to provide reference for the volunteer services in university libraries.
