摘  要:为达成裤装合体不束缚目标,分析了裤装在抬腿和屈膝状态下的膝围需求,探讨了在前抬、侧抬和屈膝运动时皮肤伸长变化规律及其对膝围的影响,构建了膝围与人体尺寸、下肢动态参数之间的数学模型。研究结果表明:在股关节和膝关节旋转时,膝围均会随着旋转角度的增加呈现增大的趋势,且角度的增加使膝围增加速度也增加,侧抬状态需要有较大的膝围;为了穿着运动时不受束缚,膝围应保证不小于滑移位置的围度,推荐选取多种运动条件下不被束缚的最大围度作为裤装膝围最小值。In order to achieve the goal of pants fitting without binding,this paper analyzed the knee circumference requirements of pants wearing under the condition of leg lifting and knee bending state,explored the changing rules of skin elongation during front lifting,side lifting,and knee bend movements on knee circumference,and constructed a mathematical model between knee circumference and human body size,as well as lower limb dynamic parameters.The research shows that the knee circumference tends to increase with the increase of the rotation angle when the femoral and knee joints rotate,and the increase of the angle causes the increase of knee circumference,and lateral lift state requires a larger knee circumference.In order not to be bound when wearing sports,the knee circumference should be ensured to be not less than the circumference at the sliding position.It is recommended to select the maximum circumference that is not bound under various sports conditions as the minimum knee circumference of pants.
