摘  要:目的探讨思维导图引导式护理在尘螨过敏患儿过敏原特异性免疫治疗(AIT)中的应用。方法选取2021年3月—2022年3月期间医院收治的尘螨过敏患儿共131例作为研究对象,按照组间基本特征具有可比性的原则分为对照组65例和观察组66例。其中对照组进行常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上采用思维导图的引导式护理措施。比较两组患儿的不良反应发生情况;采用健康调查量表(SF-36)对患儿进行生活质量评估;采用依从性量表(GAS)对患儿的依从性进行评估;采用纽卡斯尔护理服务满意度量表(NSNS)对患儿家属的护理满意程度进行评估。结果组间比较观察组患儿的局部不良反应、全身不良反应均低于对照组,不良反应消失时间早于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组患儿的生理状态、认知能力、社会功能、情感与精神状态评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组患儿的生活质量高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组患儿依从性、家属护理满意度高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在尘螨过敏患儿AIT诊疗的不良反应护理过程中,采取基于身心诉求的思维导图引导式护理模式,能降低患儿的不良反应发生率,提升患儿生活质量与依从性,提高家属对护理的满意程度。Objective To explore the application of mind map guided nursing in allergen immunotherapy(AIT)for children with dust mite allergy.Methods To select a total of 131 children with dust mite allergy admitted to the hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 as research subjects,they were divided into a control group of 65 cases and an observation group of 66 cases based on the principle of comparability of basic characteristics between groups.The control group received routine care,and the observation group adopted mind-mapping guided nursing measures on the basis of routine care.The occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups of children was compared;The health survey scale(SF-36)was used to evaluate the quality of life of the children;the compliance scale(GAS)was used to evaluate the children's compliance;the Newcastle satisfaction nursing scale(NSNS)was used to evaluate the nursing satisfaction of the children's families.Results In the inter-group comparison,the local adverse reactions and systemic adverse reactions of the children in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the adverse reactions disappeared earlier than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the physiological state,cognitive ability,social function,emotion and mental state scores between the two groups of children(P>0.05).After intervention,the children's quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the children's compliance and family care satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing process of adverse reactions in AIT diagnosis and treatment of children with dust mite allergy,adopting a mind map-guided nursing model based on physical and mental appeals can reduce the incid
