摘　　要：加强和改进农村思想政治工作,是推进乡村全面振兴的重要举措。在乡村振兴战略下,农村思想政治工作面临工作难度加大、对象复杂化的情况,存在工作内容陈旧、载体单一,领导乏力、制度不完备、人才队伍的数量和质量不满足实际需求等问题。因此,应在优化工作环境,丰富工作内容,创新宣传载体,加强领导组织建设,健全工作制度,加强人才队伍建设等方面做到守正创新,积极探索农村思想政治工作的发展路径,构建农村思想政治工作新格局。Strengthening and improving the ideological and political work in rural areas is an important measure to promote the overall revitalization of rural areas.Under the rural revitalization strategy,the ideological and political work in rural areas is faced with the situation of increasing difficulties and complicated objects,existing problems such as outdated work content,single carrier,weak leadership,incomplete system,the quantity and quality of talent team does not meet the actual demand.In order to promote the quality and level of rural ideological and political work,in the optimization of the working environment,enriched the contents of the work,innovation,promote the carrier,to strengthen the construction of leadership organization,improve the working system,achieve the guard is innovation talent team construction,to explore the development path of rural ideological and political work,build a new pattern of rural ideological and political work.
