摘　　要：对肠造口病人家庭照顾者需求评价工具及家庭照顾者具体需求内容和支持模式进行综述,为后续肠造口病人家庭照顾者研究中了解家庭照顾者相关需求提供指导。指出未来可基于现有研究编制肠造口病人家庭照顾者特异性需求调查工具,通过构建肠造口病人居家照护标准化方案给予家庭照顾者相关指导,此外可积极利用多媒体中介为居家指导提供便利。This paper reviewed the assessment tools for family caregivers of enterostomy patients and the specific needs and support models of family caregivers,and provided guidance for understanding the related needs of family caregivers in the follow-up study on family caregivers of enterostomy patients.It is pointed out that in the future,based on the existing research,a survey tool for the specific needs of family caregivers of enterostomy patients can be developed,and relevant guidance can be given to family caregivers through the construction of a standardized plan for home care of enterostomy patients.In addition,multimedia intermediaries can be actively used to facilitate home guidance.
