摘  要:先进压水堆反应堆压力容器(RPV)保温层与堆坑混凝土之间设置通风,可带走RPV保温层散失的热量,从而降低堆坑环境温度,保障反应堆设备的安全运行。堆坑通风通道结构复杂,存在多处突扩或突缩,且筒体段流道被保温支承遮挡,因此,堆坑风速存在着不均匀,甚至存在局部死区,可能造成RPV保温层外表面和堆坑混凝土局部热点。因此需开展堆坑风场及温度场研究。本文运用CFX对堆坑通风及散热进行了数值模拟,并对比了热试期间堆坑温度实测数据。结果显示,堆坑风场呈螺旋上升形式,可以有效冷却堆坑物项,堆坑温度场满足设计要求;堆坑空气温度在高度方向梯度分布,RPV保温背风区存在局部热点。Ventilation system is set between reactor pressure vessel(RPV) insulation and reactor pit concrete of advanced pressurized water reactor,which can take away the reactor dispersed heat,drop the reactor pit temperature and guarantee normal operation of reactor.The structure of ventilation channel is complex,with many sudden change domains,and the cylinder ventilation domain is blocked by insulation supports,which bring in-homogeneity and dead zone to the ventilation flow field,and may cause local hot spots on the surface of RPV insulation and reactor pit concrete.Therefore,it is necessary to study the ventilation flow field and temperature field of reactor pit.In this paper,CFX is used to carry out numerical simulation of reactor pit ventilation and hot dissipation,simulation and hot test results are compared.The results show that ventilation flow filed is spiral which can cool the pit items effectively,the temperature field in the pit meets the design requirements;the cooling air temperature field is distributed as step,and there are local hot spots in the leeward area of RPV insulation.
