摘 要:针对核电站辅助给水系统(ASG)、主给水流量控制系统(ARE)、主蒸汽系统(VVP)等多个系统的截止阀唇焊结构发生泄漏的问题,通过结构特点、材料特性、焊接性、焊接工艺、性能试验及仿真计算等方面,开展阀门唇焊泄漏的原因分析研究。结果表明,在外部载荷的作用下,唇焊焊缝从根部不连续启裂,沿着不合格的淬硬组织开裂,直至贯穿失效,焊缝中的淬硬组织是阀门唇焊的主要原因。避免阀门唇焊泄漏的改进建议主要有消除淬硬组织、改变淬硬组织、消除和改变淬硬组织结合的方法。Aiming at the leakage problem of valve lip welding structure of ASG,ARE,VVP and other systems in nuclear power plant,the cause analysis of valve seal lip welding leakage was carried out through the research of its structural characteristics,material characteristics,weldability,welding technology,capability test and simulation calculation.The results show that under the action of external load,the lip welding Weld starts from the discontinuous crack at the root,cracks along the unqualified hardened structure,and finally fails through.The hardened structure in the Weld is the main reason for valve leakage.The improvement suggestions to avoid lip welding leakage mainly include eliminating hardened microstructure,changing hardened microstructure,and combining eliminating and changing hardened micro structure.
