摘 要:为建立核电厂高能管道断裂甩击墙体的分析评价方法,本文将甩动管道等效为飞射物,通过理论公式推导出甩动管道的相关参数,结合飞射物冲击混凝土墙体的经验公式,形成了管道甩击墙体的理论分析方法;同时针对管道甩击混凝土墙体进行数值模拟并对理论和数值方法进行实验验证。结果表明,理论和数值方法均能较好地预测高能管道断裂甩击墙体的失效模式,其中理论方法预测结果具有一定的保守性,数值方法预测结果与实验结果符合性较高。理论和数值方法在工程项目建设的不同阶段均具有很好的参考和应用价值。In order to establish the analysis and evaluation method of whipping pipe impacts on the concrete wall after high energy pipe rupture in nuclear power plant,the whipping pipe was equivalent to missile and relevant parameters of the equivalent missile were deduced theoretically.On the basis of empirical formula of missile impacting concrete wall,the theoretical analysis method of whipping pipe impacts on the concrete wall was formed.Moreover,the numerical simulations of whipping pipe impacts concrete wall were conducted and the theoretical and numerical methods were experimentally verified.The results showed that both theoretical and numerical methods can effectively predict the failure mode of high energy whipping pipe impact of the concrete wall.Among them,the predicted results of theoretical analysis method are more conservative,and the predicted results of numerical simulation method are in good agreement with experimental results.The theoretical and numerical methods have good reference and application value in different stages of engineering project construction.
