摘 要:针对手部康复训练产品操作流程复杂、功能单一、训练精准度低、训练反馈性差等问题,文章运用AHP及TRIZ理论对智能复健手套进行优化,旨在提升产品的使用效果和用户满意度。首先,对目标用户和医疗专家进行调研来收集其对智能复健手套的需求,并对需求进行分类归纳;其次,运用AHP来计算各项需求的权重并排序,确定用户对产品的核心需求,判断矛盾需求的种类并利用TRIZ理论对其加以解决;最后,根据TRIZ理论指导下的解决方案进行设计实践,完成智能复健手套的设计方案。以期从多理论结合的角度为智能复健手套的优化设计提供借鉴,提升智能复健手套的使用体验。Aiming at the problems such as complex operation process,single function,low training accuracy and poor training feedback of hand rehabilitation training products,this paper combined AHP and TRIZ theory to optimize intelligent rehabilitation gloves,aiming at improving the use effect and user satisfaction of the products.Firstly,the target users and medical experts are investigated to collect their needs for smart rehabilitation gloves and classify the needs.Secondly,AHP is used to calculate the weight of each demand and sort it,determine the core demand of the user for the product,judge the type of contradictory demand and solve it with TRIZ theory.Finally,according to the TRIZ theory under the guidance of the solution design practice,complete the design of intelligent rehabilitation gloves.In order to provide reference for the optimization of intelligent rehabilitation gloves from the perspective of combining multiple theories,and improve the experience of intelligent rehabilitation gloves.
