从温病学理论探讨论治肿瘤分子靶向药物相关皮肤毒性

摘　　要：分子靶向药物已成为许多肿瘤治疗的重要药物,然而皮肤毒性是运用靶向药物发挥抗肿瘤疗效时出现的主要不良反应,严重影响肿瘤患者治疗期间的生活质量,因此,缓解其不良反应对于提高患者的治疗依从性、生活质量甚为重要。从皮肤毒性临床表现及发生演变规律看,均符合温热病演变规律。采用温病学卫气营血辨证论治体系进行综合诊治,把“透法”思维贯穿在诊治全过程,取得较好的临床疗效,为靶向药物皮肤毒性的治疗提供全程中医药干预治疗思路并提高肿瘤患者生活质量。Molecular targeted drugs have become an important drug in the treatment of many tumors.However,skin toxicity is the main toxic side eff ect that occurs when targeted drugs exert anti-tumor effi cacy,which seriously aff ects the quality of life of tumor patients during treatment.Therefore,alleviating the adverse reactions is particularly important for improving the treatment tolerance and quality of life of patients.From the clinical manifestation and evolution of skin toxicity,it is consistent with the evolution of warm and heat disease.The comprehensive diagnosis and treatment system of Wei Qi Ying Blood syndrome diff erentiation in febrile disease was adopted to carry out the"transparent method"thinking throughout the whole process of diagnosis and treatment,and achieved good clinical effi cacy,providing the whole TCM intervention treatment idea for the treatment of targeted drug skin toxicity and improving the quality of life of tumor patients.
