基于微环境理论的延续性护理对肿物切除术后游离皮瓣移植患者皮瓣存活情况及情绪状态的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨分析基于微环境理论的延续性护理对肿物切除术后游离皮瓣移植患者皮瓣存活情况及情绪状态的影响。方法选取2021年6月至2023年6月我院收治的肿物切除术后游离皮瓣移植患者60例,分为对照组(常规护理)和观察组(基于微环境理论的延续性护理)各30例,比较分析两组干预情况。结果观察组皮瓣存活优良率较对照组高(P<0.05);干预后观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组生活质量评分较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论基于微环境理论的延续性护理可提高肿物切除术后游离皮瓣移植患者皮瓣存活优良率,促进其情绪状态改善和生活质量提高,值得推广。Objective Exploring and analyzing the impact of continuous care based on microenvironment theory on the survival and emotional state of free flflap transplant patients after tumor resection surgery.Methods Sixty patients with free skin flflap transplantation after tumor resection surgery admitted to our hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method.The control group(routine nursing)and the observation group(continuous nursing based on microenvironment theory)each had 30 cases,and the intervention situation of the two groups was compared and analyzed.Results The excellent and good survival rate of the flflap in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);After intervention,the scores of Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self Rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);After intervention,the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous care based on microenvironment theory can improve the survival rate of free flflap transplantation patients after tumor resection,promote their emotional state improvement and quality of life improvement,and is worth promoting.
