安顺市农业科技园区高质量发展现状与策略研究

摘　　要：通过实地走访调研和信息收集,阐述安顺市农业科技示范园区发展现状,主要包括农业科技园区发展概况、园区发展模式、园区建设成效等。但在产业发展中仍存在着经营主体内生动力挖掘不足、牵动力不强、农民组织化程度偏低、科技人才支撑薄弱、创新能力不足、产业信息化水平低及园区发展规划模糊等不足。针对问题,提出深挖内生动力“要素”,提高经营主体产业带动力;提升农民组织化程度,增加农民参与度;聚焦科技创新,加强人才培养;健全农业信息化体系,加快推进农业现代化;科学合理地制定园区战略规划等高质量发展对策。Through on-the-spot investigation and information collection,this paper expounds the current situation of the development of the agricultural science and technology demonstration park in Anshun,including the general situation of the development of the agricultural science and technology park,the development model of the park,the effectiveness of the park construction.However,there are still some deficiencies in industrial development,such as lack of endogenous power mining,weak traction force,low degree of organization of farmers,weak support of scientific and technological talents,lack of innovation ability,low level of industrial informatization,vague development planning of the park and so on.In view of the problem,this paper puts forward some high-quality development countermeasures,such as deeply digging the"elements"of the endogenous power,improving the driving force of the main industry,enhancing the degree of organization of farmers,increasing farmers'participation,focusing on scientific and technological innovation,strengthening personnel training,and perfecting the agricultural information system,so as to accelerate agricultural modernization,scientific and rational formulation of park strategic planning and other high-quality development countermeasures.
