健康中国背景下我国农村养老问题及其对策

摘　　要：在“健康中国2030”的背景下,农村地区老年人健康养老已然成为一个重要的社会问题。当下,传统养老模式面临重重困难,已难以满足农村地区老年人的养老需求,很多地方都需要完善。在这样的困境下,完善养老保障顶层设计、加大医疗卫生资源倾斜、加快养老产业发展势在必行,必须积极构建全新的农村地区养老模式,探索适合我国国情的农村养老新模式。Under the background of“Healthy China 2030”,health care for the elderly in rural areas has become an important social issue.At present,the traditional pension model faces numerous obstacles,it is difficult to meet the needs of the elderly in rural areas,and many areas need to be improved.Under such predicament,it is imperative to improve the top-level design of endowment security,increase the slanting of medical and health resources,and accelerate the development of the endowment industry.We must construct a new model of endowment in rural areas,and explore the new model of endowment which suits the national conditions of our country.
