摘 要:为提升土地登记和土地权属管理效率,确保土地管理工作安全。采用文献分析的方法,在查阅相关文献的基础上,厘清区块链技术的概念和特点,分析区块链技术对土地登记流程的改进,以及对土地权属信息可信性的提升。分析结果表明,在土地登记和土地权属管理中使用区块链技术,提升透明度与数据的一致性,实现自动化和智能合约的应用,增强系统的安全性和防篡改性,进一步加强土地权属信息的可信性。这表明区块链技术在土地登记和土地权属管理领域具有巨大的应用价值,有着令人期待的发展趋势。In order to improve the efficiency of land registration and land ownership management,and ensure the safety of land management.By using the method of literature analysis,on the basis of consulting the relevant literature,this paper clarifies the concept and characteristics of block chain technology,and analyzes the improvement of block chain technology to the process of land registration and the credibility of land ownership information.The analysis results show that the use of block chain technology in land registration and land ownership management can enhance transparency and data consistency,realize the application of automation and intelligent contracts,and enhance the security and anti-usurpation modification of the system.Further enhance the credibility of land ownership information.This shows that the block chain technology has great application value in the field of land registration and field of ownership management,and has an expectant development trend.
