摘　　要：科技驱动发展,创新引领未来。党的二十大报告提出,“必须坚持科技是第一生产力、人才是第一资源、创新是第一动力”。国家“十四五”规划纲要提出,“稳妥发展金融科技,加快金融机构数字化转型”。近年来,人民银行西藏自治区分行坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,深入贯彻新发展理念,立足西藏实际强化金融科技赋能,推进金融业数字化转型,推动农村数字金融发展,助力金融治理效能提升,有力、有序、有效跑出西藏金融高质量发展“加速度”。The Central Financial Work Conference proposed accelerating the construction of a financial powerhouse and excelling in five major areas:financial technology,green finance,inclusive finance,pension finance,and digital finance.The People's Bank of China's Tibet Autonomous Region Branch is making significant strides in digital finance,guiding financial institutions in its jurisdiction,and propelling the high-quality development of finance.In this issue's“Cover Feature,"we take you to Tibet to experience how finance empowers the plateau,where financial institutions deepen the application of financial technology and compose a masterpiece in digital finance.
