摘 要:柴油机喷油器喷孔直径影响喷油器的雾化特性,而喷油器的雾化特性对柴油机热效率、燃油消耗率、有害物排放、机械故障等有着重要的影响。以某电控单体泵柴油机组为例,分别使用喷孔直径为0.28 mm和0.30 mm的2种喷油器进行负荷试验,对比2种喷油器柴油机组的燃油缸内爆发压力、燃油喷射压力、涡前排温及燃油消耗率。结果表明:使用喷孔直径为0.28 mm喷油器的柴油机组,其经济性优于使用喷孔直径为0.30 mm喷油器的柴油机组。The orifice diameter of the fuel injector in diesel engines affects the atomization characteristics of the injector.Studying the atomization characteristics of the injector is of great significance for improving the thermal efficiency of diesel engines,reducing fuel consumption and harmful emissions,and preventing mechanical failures.Taking a certain electronic unit pump diesel unit as an example,two types of fuel injectors with orifice diameters of 0.28 mm and 0.30 mm were used for load tests,and the single cylinder detonation pressure,fuel injection pressure,vortex front temperature,and fuel consumption rate of the two types of fuel injectors were compared.The results show that the economy of diesel units using fuel injectors with a orifice diameter of 0.28 mm is better than that of diesel units using fuel injectors with a orifice diameter of 0.30 mm.
