摘  要:针对某拖拉机田间试验过程中出现的变速箱动力输出装置(PTO)花键轴断裂故障问题,对花键轴的受力状态进行了分析,提取了其苛刻状态下的载荷边界,利用Abaqus软件对花键轴系统进行了应力仿真,并根据应力结果重新选配了花键轴。结果表明:原方案花键轴最大应力超过了其材料屈服限值;新方案花键轴的最大应力较原方案下降56.3%,并通过了耐久考核,证明所提分析方法及优化方案对花键轴的设计选型具有重要的参考作用。Aiming at the fracture problem of the transmission power output(PTO)spline shaft that occurred in a tractor field test,the stress state of the spline shaft was analyzed,and the load boundary was extracted under harsh conditions.The stress simulation of the spline shaft system was carried out by using Abaqus software,and the spline shaft was re-selected based on the stress results.Results show that the maximum stress of the spline shaft exceeds its material yield limit.The maximum stress of the new spline shaft is reduced by 56.3%compared to the original scheme,which has passed the durability test,indicating that the proposed analysis method and optimization scheme have important reference effect on the design and selection of the spline shaft.
