摘 要:为了分析润滑状态对花键振动特性的影响,本文利用花键联轴器实验台对花键联轴器在不同润滑状态进行空载及轧制实验。实验表明,润滑状态对花键联轴器振动特性影响较大,振动加速度峰值、有效值以及峭度均随润滑油减少逐渐增大,轧制状态的变化幅度显著高于空载状态。将花键润滑状态转化为综合啮合刚度和啮合阻尼,进行动力学仿真,计算结果与实验误差不超过6%,表明模型可用于花键联轴器润滑状态分析。本文为花键联轴器润滑状态监测及智能运维提供参考。In order to analyze the influence of the lubrication state on spline vibration characteristics,no-load and rolling experiments of spline coupling under different lubrication states are carried out on the mill test stand.The experimental results show that the lubrication state has a great influence on the vibration characteristics of spline coupling.The peak value,effective value,and kurtosis of vibration acceleration increase gradually with the decrease of lubricating oil,and the variation range of rolling state is significantly higher than that of the no-load state.The lubrication state of the spline is transformed into integrated meshing stiffness and meshing damping,and the dynamic simulation is carried out.The error between the calculated results and the experimental results is less than 6%,which shows that the model can be used to analyze the lubrication state of spline coupling.This paper provides a reference for the lubrication monitoring and intelligent operation and maintenance of spline coupling.
