摘　　要：肾透明细胞癌胰腺转移患者往往缺乏特异性症状,需引起临床医师的重视。当患者有肾癌根治手术史时,在长期随访中出现其他器官的病灶时,应首先考虑肾癌转移。本文主要报道一例肾癌根治术后,患者行胰腺转移瘤切除继发全胰腺等其他器官转移,临床工作中罕见,以便为后续临床工作提供参考。Patients with pancreatic metastasis from clear cell renal cell carcinoma often present with nonspecific symptoms,requiring careful attention from clinicians.In cases where a patient has a history of radical surgery for renal cell carcinoma,clinicians should prioritize considering renal cell carcinoma metastasis when observing lesions in other organs during long-term follow-up.This article primarily reports a rare case involving total pancreatic metastases and metastases to other organs following radical nephrectomy for renal cell carcinoma.The aim is to provide valuable insights for future clinical endeavors.
